The Department of Biology is pleased to announce the Zukowski Undergraduate Research Scholarship. This scholarship was established in 2002 and was made possible through a generous gift from Dr. Mark M. Zukowski, a 1971 graduate of the Biology Department. After receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Arizona, Dr. Zukowski pursued a career in biotechnology. His fond memories of his senior thesis and the role it played in his future career underlie his commitment to today’s undergraduate student researchers.
