Four is a flock: The Marra Lab publishes four papers!
In the past few months, the Marra Lab published four new papers in four different scientific journals! Led by ornithologist Dr. Peter Marra, the lab researches the conservation and migration of birds in various habitats and ecosystems. The first paper, Cooper et. al 2021, studies the segregation of songbird habitats in vertical space. The next, Stanley et. al 2021, analyzes seasonal variations in songbird habitat selection. The third, Studds et al. 2021, is in press and uses a Bayesian assignment analysis to examine migration patterns. Last but not least, Rushing et al. 2021 is also in press and tests habitat selection theory to analyze its impacts upon bird migrations. Congratulations to the entire lab!
