Jeffrey Huang recognized with a new Distinguished Investigator award
Professor Jeff Huang received recognition for Georgetown Distinguished Investigator this year
In 2013, The Office of The Provost initiated the Distinguished Investigator to recognize and honor the hard work and dedication of a few extraordinary researchers on campus. This year, representing the Biology department, Jeffrey Huang has been recognized. The Huang lab has shown consistent contributions to the field of glia biology. More specifically, they have been focused on Multiple Sclerosis and its development within the central nervous system. The recognition that Professor Huang is receiving is a reflection of his commitment to research. To celebrate, the Provost and the Vice Provost for Research invite each recipient to dinner.
