Professor Gina Wimp awarded a 2013 Dean's Award for Excellence in Teaching
Congratulations to Professor Gina Wimp, who was recently selected as one of three recipients of the 2013 Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. Prof. Wimp was lauded for helping to sharpen and focus the curriculum of the Environmental Biology major, with one of the students who nominated her writing that she “combines passion for the material with compassion for her students. In everything she does, you can tell she truly cares.”
Prof. Wimp received her award at this year’s annual Georgetown University College of Arts & Sciences Faculty Convocation, held on January 23rd.
